Genuine rose de France rose quartz wrapped in 22 gauge solid sterling silver wire. The piece measures approximately 1" at the widest point and approximately 2" from top to bottom.
 
This pendant will come on a 27" adjustable black satin cord unless otherwise specified. I can place it on a 16" or 18" inch sterling silver chain as well for an additional $10 which can be purchased separately.
